iP4pwn Says JailBreak 8 is a Go!

Recently, JailBreak developer iP4pwn took to his blog posting his findings on the IOS 8.0, set to release in September. In his blog, the reverse engineer posted that:

"iOS 8 is still in Beta and there WILL NOT be a public jailbreak for quite some time. At least until it drops this fall... and maybe we will even wait for iOS 8.0.1"

However the case, the hacker remains confident that the IOS 8.0 JailBreak is a for sure thing. He has announced that a select few people will get to demo the JailBreak, mainly for other software developers, but making a few exceptions.

You can read iP4pwn's blog posting here: http://ip4pwn.blogspot.com/2014/06/ios-8-jailbreak.html

We look forward to hearing more from the developer as time progresses. In the meantime, IOS 7.1.1 has been JailBroken with IOS 7.1.2 being released at the end of this week/early next week. The JailBreak status still remains unclear, but one can be almost certain that it will be JailBreakable.

Stay tuned for further updates on the new software once it gets released. IOS 8.0 beta 2 should be reaching it's end of it's trial run here soon.
